About Scott

Scott Burns is a guy who loves humor. For many years he's made his living being funny on morning radio. His quick wit and creative production abilities first made their way onto his hometown radio station just out of high school in North Idaho.

Later Scott's career took a massive leap when legendary top 40 station WRKO in Boston hired him to do early evenings. Burns was lured back to the northwest to do mornings on yet another powerhouse, 95 KJR in Seattle Scott soon focused his talent for impersonations by entering the world of commercial voice overs. That evolved into doing characters for numerous computer games, including Bowser, arch nemesis of Nintendo's Mario!

His first love is creating customized comedic radio show promo's and jingles from his home studio north of Seattle. Broadcasters across the United States and Canada have subscribed to his services. Clients such as Boeing, Microsoft, Weyerhauser, and Safeco have also used Scott in their corporate videos portraying characters as varied as Barney Fife to Tom Brokaw.

Now Scott is exploring doing more film work. Playing an everyday guy like Ed LaSalle in the feature length film G-Sale was a very rewarding experience for Burns, realizing you can be funny by being serious.

One thing he's explored but never truly fulfilled is the dream of one day becoming a famous stand up comedian. As Burns put's it, "I'd love to tell jokes... but you'd probably just laugh at me."
